§ 1 General Provisions

  1. Studio HER provides product sales services through the website https://studioher.pl.

  2. Using the Website signifies acceptance of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, and Shipping and Returns Policy.

  3. All prices on the website are gross prices (including VAT) unless otherwise stated.
     

§ 2 Terms of Website Use

  1. Technical requirements:

    a. A device with Internet access.

    b. A web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript.

  2. Client obligations:

    a. Use the Website as intended.

    b. Provide truthful information when placing an order.

  3. Studio HER reserves the right to modify the offerings and Terms at any time.
     

§ 3 Placing Orders

  1. Orders are placed via the form available on the Website.

  2. Clients receive order confirmations at the provided email address.

  3. Studio HER fulfills orders within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is received, except in cases of stock shortages and/or other product availability issues. In such cases, Studio HER will inform the Client within 2 business days of order placement. The Client may decide to cancel the order or agree to an extended fulfillment time.
     

§ 4 Prices and Payments

  1. Available payment methods:

    a. Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

    b. Przelewy24 platform – supporting online banking payments, as well as BLIK, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  2. Transactions are processed in Polish zloty (PLN) and secured with SSL protocol.

  3. Detailed payment information is provided in the Payment Terms document.
     

§ 5 Shipping and Returns

  1. Shipping:

    a. Delivery within Poland is free of charge.

    b. Orders are fulfilled by InPost.

  2. Returns:

    a. Clients have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving the order.

    b. Detailed return information is provided in the Shipping and Returns Policy document.
     

§ 6 Privacy Policy

  1. Studio HER processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

  2. Clients have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their data.
     

§ 7 Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted to contact@studioher.pl within 14 days of identifying a defect.

  2. Studio HER will review complaints within 14 business days.
     

§ 8 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms come into effect on November 18, 2024.

  2. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the seat of Studio HER in Katowice.

  3. Clients may use alternative dispute resolution methods via the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
